Reserving your rentals is easy! However, availability depends on our inventory and the number of events during peak seasons. We highly recommend reserving early to secure your items. Simply reach out to us to discuss your event needs and reserve your rentals in advance.

The listed prices are for a rental period of 24 hours. Nonetheless, we can accommodate some adjustments based on the availability of our inventory and the scheduling of other rentals.

For your convenience and to secure your rental equipment, 50% prepayment is required to reserve your items. During non-busy periods, payment upon pickup is acceptable.

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is based on how far in advance you cancel your reservation:

• 8 or more days before the event: Full refund
• 3–7 days before the event: A cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total reservation amount will apply.
• 1–2 days before the event: A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total reservation amount will apply.
• Same-day cancellations: No refund

Any payments already made will first be applied toward the applicable cancellation fee. If the amount paid exceeds the cancellation fee, the remaining eligible balance will be refunded.
